  • Terence Crutcher, 40, was tasered and shot in Tulsa, Oklahoma, last Friday
  • Lawyer representing Officer Betty Shelby, who fired the fatal shot, says she opened fire after Crutcher reached into his SUV  
  • Shelby's attorney says the pastor kept reaching into his pocket, even though she asked him to stop doing that  
  • A police helicopter showed Terence Crutcher had his hands raised
  • Officers on the helicopter predicted he was going to be tasered
  • Moments later a radio call went out announcing 'shots fired, shots fired
